LUDINGTON – The following defendants were sentenced this week in 79th District Court:
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Dylan James Hansen, 19, of 58 S. Madison Ave., Custer, was found guilty Aug. 12 of driving without a cycle endorsement and sentenced to $275 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Derek Michael Johnson, 23, of 6699 Beech St., Ludington, was found guilty Aug. 13 of disorderly conduct/disturbing the peace. He was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; $285 in fines and costs; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; 12 months probation; and no alcohol/drugs.
