LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced this week in 79th District Court:
– George Osdell Teague, 27, of 1218 S. Madison, Ludington, was found guilty May 13 of disorderly person jostling. He was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 30 days discretionary jail for one year; and $285 in fines and costs.

– Christopher Joseph Sekenske, 39, of 2041 E. Jebavy Dr., Ludington, was found guilty May 14 of operating while impaired (OWI). He was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; $1,145 in fines and costs; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend the next session of the Victims’ Impact Panel; and must follow recommendations of screening agency. Conviction is reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Timothy Clayton Mohr, 44, of 506 ½ S. George, Ludington, was found guilty May 10 of disorderly person, public intoxication. He was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; $265 in fines and costs; and no drinking at the public playground at the municipal marina.

– Craig Manly Holtrust, 34, of 606 E. Loomis St., Ludington, was found guilty May 14 of controlled substance distribution and aggravated assault. He was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; $1,160 in fines and costs; one year discretionary jail for two years for each count; must have a substance evaluation and follow recommendations; no contact with victim; and no alcohol/drugs. Conviction is reportable to SOS. Driver’s license suspended by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for 365 days, restricted after 30 days. He was also was found guilty May 14 of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and stalking. He was sentenced to $580 in fines and costs; one year discretionary jail for two years; must have a substance evaluation and follow recommendations; no contact with victim; no alcohol/drugs; random PBTs and drug tests; and license suspended 180 days/restricted 150 days by MSP. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of controlled substance delivery/manufacture marijuana and one count of aggravated assault/domestic assault were dismissed.

– Timothy Carl Taylor, 33, of 5330 Mustang, Fountain, was found guilty May 14 of OWI, second offense. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail; must report to jail on Sept. 14, 2013 unless completes Impact Weekend; $1,545 in fines and costs; must obtain substance abuse counseling; one year discretionary jail for two years; no alcohol/drugs; must attend Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) twice a week for two years with written verification; random preliminary breath tests (PBTs); and vehicle used in offense must be immobilized or forfeited and must provide proof of the sale of the vehicle. Conviction reportable to SOS. He was found guilty of driver transporting open intoxicants in vehicle and sentenced to $265 in fines and costs

– Joshua Alan Carr, 29, of 210 N. Lavinia St., Apt. 3, Ludington, was found guilty May 16 of false information to police officer. He was sentenced to $275 in fines and costs.
