LUDINGTON — The following people were arraigned this past week in 79th District Court.
– Alyxander Carl Smith, 29, of 8190 N. Reek Rd., Free Soil, was arrested April 11 by the Ludington Police Department for on two felony counts of financial transaction device. A preliminary exam is set for April 24 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000 personal.
– Kimberly Marie Ziemkowski, 25, of 610 E. Danaher St., Ludington was arrested April 11 by the Ludington Police Department for a misdemeanor of retail fraud, third degree. A pretrial is set for April 29 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal.
– Trevor James Coon, 19, of 303 E. Court St., Apt. 7, Ludington, was arrested April 15 by SSCENT for a felony of controlled substance possession. A preliminary exam is set for April 24 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000 personal.
– Dylan James Hansen, 19, of 10201 64th Ave., Allendale, was arrested April 11 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office on a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated or under the influence and a misdemeanor of chemical agents, prohibited use. A pretrial is set for May 20 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Amy Jo Thrailkill, 40, of 6618 N. Oceana Dr., Hart, was arrested April 15 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office for a felony of embezzlement. A preliminary exam is set for April 24 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000 personal.
– Leo Matthew Whitaker, 31, of 1132 W. Fountain Rd., Scottville, was arrested April 14 by the Hart post of the Michigan State Police for a misdemeanor of operating with a blood alcohol content. A pretrial is set for May 20 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
– Jessica May Graham, 26, of 5437 Lovers Lane, Portage, was arrested April 14 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended. A pretrial is set for April 29 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
– James Dale Williams, 40, of 4566 W. First St., Ludington, was arrested April 13 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated of the under the influence. A pretrial is set for May 20 at 10 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
– Jared Adam Bussey, 24, of 577 N. Dennis Rd., Ludington, was arrested April 13 by the Ludington Police Department for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated or under the influence. A pretrial is set for May 20 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
Dismissals
– Melodie Lynn Breitner, 31, of 1877 E. Hoague Rd., Free Soil, domestic violence charge dismissed April 17.
– Joshua Kenneth-Charles Tyndall, 28, of 7135 S. Astor Rd., Baldwin, motor vehicle – operate without security dismissed April 15.
