VICTORY TWP. — Deputies from the Mason County Sheriff’s Department responded to a well-being check at a residence located at 3046 N. Amber Rd in Victory Township approximately 9:30 p.m. Friday.
Deputies discovered two deceased persons at that residence. These persons have been identified by the sheriff’s department as Fernando Dario Ramirez, age 28 and Lacey Kay Bentley, age 18, both residents of that address.
Detectives from the sheriff’s department, Ludington Police Department and the Michigan State Police Mobile Crime Laboratory responded to investigate.
Two suspects have been apprehended on unrelated charges in Ohio County, Kentucky. They are a 19 year old female and a 21 year old male, both from the Mason County area. Investigative assistance has also been provided by the Ohio County, Kentucky Sheriff’s Department and the FBI, Louisville, Kentucky office. Warrants are being sought from the Mason County Prosecutor’s Office at this time.
This incident remains under investigation. No other details are being released at this time.
