Positions Available:  High School Track Coaches (2 Positions Available)

Qualifications:

Experience working/coaching High School Athletes

Long-term commitment

Ability to lead successful 9-12 track program and oversee all facets of the program

Cooperate with other sports offered by Hart Public Schools and encourage multi-sport participation

Be able to relate to students-athletes while building relationships

Help continue building a culture of success

Help develop and implement an off-season program

Good administrative skills

Experience and/or knowledge with middle distance, long jump, or pole vault is a benefit

Requirements:

District fingerprinting/Criminal background check (prospective employee’s expense)

Completion of all School District paperwork

Preferred: First Aid Card (CPR and AED trained)

Location: Hart High School

Estimated Starting Date: ASAP

Reports to: Athletic Director

Salary: Salary in keeping with the salary schedule as negotiated with the Hart
