Help: Hart Schools Sideline Cheer Coach.

Position Available:  Sideline Cheer Coach

Qualifications:

Demonstrated leadership experience and skills

Previous coaching experience at the high school level preferred

Organization and communication skills

Experience working/coaching High School Athletes

Help build successful 7-12 program and oversee all facets of the program

Cooperate with other sports offered by Hart Public Schools and encourage multi-sport participation

Be able to relate to students-athletes while building relationships

Help continue building a culture of success

Help develop and implement an off-season program

Requirements:

Preferred:  First Aid Card (CPR and AED trained)

      Completion of all School District paperwork

Location:      Hart High School

Estimated Starting Date: As soon as possible

Reports to:   Athletic Director

Salary: Salary in keeping with the salary schedule as negotiated with the Hart Board of Education
