Qualifications Include:
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Education or Administration
- Possession of/or eligibility to meet and obtain the requirements for State of Michigan Administrative Certification as Secondary Administrator
- Proven experience with curriculum
- At least five (5) years teaching experience at the secondary level
- DI or DX Endorsement

- Analyze student achievement data and use educational research as the foundational principle in the decision making process
- Collaborate and engage staff in the School Improvement Process
- Collaborate and engage staff in Multi-Tiered System of Support
- Possess the ability to foster the growth of staff members
- Evaluate performance and effectiveness of instructional practices and staff
- Organize and facilitate building level in-service and professional development
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse and at-risk student population
- Development of an effective parental and community support program
Technology Skills:
- Outstanding skills with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.
- Skilled at creating a social media presence
Personal Skills:
- Ability to listen and accept input
- Ability to seek input
- Visible, Approachable, Accessible
Location: Hart High School
Contracted Days: 225
Estimated Starting Date: August 2021
Reports to: Superintendent of Schools
Salary Range: $92,000 – $94,000
