Both Genta and Benyo were arraigned in 79th District Court.

Genta faces the felony charge of possession of methamphetamine along with the misdemeanor charges of operating a motor vehicle with no security (insurance) and operating an unregistered vehicle. Bail was set at $10,000 cash only. A probable cause hearing is scheduled for Oct. 6, 2021 at 11:15 a.m.
