WSCC summer, fall registrations to begin April 12.

VICTORY TOWNSHIP — Registration for West Shore Community College’s summer and fall semesters begins on April 12, for first-time and guest students and will continue to the first week of each term’s classes.

The summer semester runs from June 7 through July 30. The fall semester begins August 30 and ends Dec. 17.

“Students who register early for classes have the best selection of courses, as well as day and time offerings available to them,” said WSCC Director of Financial Aid Rebekah Schaub. “Now is also the time to concentrate on the application process for financial aid that can help pay for classes.”

All students seeking financial aid must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid form, also commonly referred to as FAFSA. Information about the FAFSA can be found at www.fafsa.ed.gov.

The college is also accepting scholarship applications from students who plan to attend for the 2021- 22 academic year. The deadline to apply for scholarships has been extended to April 18.

The college, the WSCC Foundation, community groups and private donors offer numerous scholarships to fit nearly all student academic records, backgrounds, and financial situations. Those with questions about the financial aid or scholarship application process can contact the WSCC Financial Aid office at (231)843-5917.

Students who are home for the summer and attend another college or university, may enroll in course work as guest students. Those wishing to enroll as a guest student must submit a guest student application prior to registration.

Class and online course schedules can be viewed under the “Academics” tab on the college’s web site at www.westshore.edu.

A course schedule, curriculum guide, registration, scholarship, and financial aid information is available online or from the Student Services Office located in the Schoenherr Campus Center or by calling 843-5946.
