LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Horn

-Dustin James Horn, 26, of 405 E. Fifth St., Ludington, was arrested March 10 by the State’s, Sheriff’s, Chief’s Enforcement Narcotics Team (SSCENT) on felony charges of delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (methamphetamine), maintaining a drug house, and habitual offender second offense. Probable cause hearing: March 24 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $50,000 cash.

Taylor

–Timothy Carl Taylor, 41, of 3930 E. Main St., Fountain, was arrested March 13 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of third offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor (OUIL). Probable cause hearing: March 24 at 2 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash.

Whitehead

-Kelsey Joe Whitehead, 43, of 407 E. Foster St., Ludington, was arrested March 11 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of third-degree fleeing a police officer. Probable cause hearing: March 24 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Amber Lynn Barnaby, 40, of 3073 W. Pere Marquette Hwy., Pere Marquette Township; March 11; MCSO; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: March 29 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-David Nickolus Bell, 32, of 8203 W. Glendale Ave., Baldwin; March 12; MCSO, driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: March 22 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $100 cash.

-Tommie Lee Green, 46, of 508 ½ E. Danaher St., Ludington; March 11; LPD, DWLS. Pretrial: April 5 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $100 cash.
