Recent arraignments include CSC charges.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Shick

-Timothy Bryan Shick, 52, of 2841 Wilson St., Conklin, was arrested March 4 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony charges of third degree criminal sexual conduct and fourth degree criminal sexual conduct. Probable cause hearing: March 17 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Smith

-Crandal Lee Smith, 57, of 5405 Rasmussen Rd., Pere Marquette Township, was arrested March 4 by the Ludington Police Department (LDP) on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and second offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: March 17 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $25,000 cash.

Crooks

-Ashley Lynn Crooks, 24, of 443 E. Division St., Cadillac, was arrested Jan. 5 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of larceny between $1,000-$20,000. Probable cause hearing: March 17 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Misdemeanors

-Alejandro Ramirez, 19, of 407 S. Madison St., Ludington; March 6; LPD; malicious destruction to a building. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $250 cash.
