Scottville man arrested for carrying a concealed knife, meth possession.

LUDINGTON — A 30-year-old Scottville man was arrested by a Ludington police officer for carrying a concealed knife and possession of methamphetamine Tuesday, March 2, shortly after 10 p.m. at the intersection of Madison and Third​ streets, according to Cpt. Steve Wietrzykowski.

“The knife and drugs were discovered as the result of a Ludington officer conducting a field interview with the man,” said Wietrzykowski. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.

​- 8:02 p.m., ​a 17-year-old Ludington man was cited for minor in possession of marijuana, 200 block of East Second Street​, City of Ludington. The teen, who was still under the jurisdiction of the Mason County Juvenile Court, was petitioned to the juvenile court.
