Recent arraignments include felony home invasion charges.

The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Thomas

-Richard Massey Thomas, 34, of 410 Washington Ave., Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested Feb. 18 by LPD on a felony charge of first degree home invasion. Probable cause hearing: March 3 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $50,000 cash.

Fink

-Tyler Jo Fink, 25, of 1525 Countyline Rd., Lot 29, Grant Township, was arrested Feb. 20 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: March 3 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Simerson

-Dale Skyler Simerson, 42, of 407 S. Harrison St., Apt. 4, Ludington, was arrested June 24, 2020 by LPD on felony charges of second offense larceny between $1,000-$20,000 and fourth offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 24 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance. 

 

 

Misdemeanors

-Eleasar Esparza, Jr., 29, of 5634 W. Johnson Rd., Pere Marquette Township; Feb. 17; MCSO; prohibited use of chemical agents. Pretrial: March 8 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500 cash.

-Melissa Ann Slimmen, 44, of 4823 N. Anderson Rd., Victory Township; Feb. 17; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: Feb. 22 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
