Receiving, concealing stolen property tops recent arraignments.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Moore

-Johnathon Dale Moore, 46, of 687 Turner St., Muskegon, was arrested Jan. 4 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of receiving and concealing stolen property, assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer and driving while license suspended (DWLS). Probable cause hearing: Jan. 27 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash.

Ginter

-Brent Norman Ginter, 28, of 110 Elm St., Apt. A, Manistee, was arrested Jan. 10 by LPD on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (narcotic/cocaine). Probable cause hearing: Jan. 20 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Hardman

-Raymond Kenneth Hardmon, 38, of 3677 S. Pere Marquette Hwy., Summit Township, was arrested Jan. 8 by MCSO on a felony charge of third offense domestic violence. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 20 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
