Obituary: Julie Hannah, 58, of Ludington.

Julie Ann Hannah, 58, of Ludington formerly of Longview, Texas, passed away Friday, October 16, 2020 at Blodgett Hospital in Grand Rapids. 

Julie was born on January 6, 1962 to LaVern and Emma LeClair in Ludington. She graduated from Mason County Central High School. Julie worked as a bartender and enjoyed the many conversations with her customers.  She retired in 2008.  

Julie enjoyed anything outdoors. Whether it was camping or morel mushroom hunting, which she was really good at finding, it was something she truly loved.   She also enjoyed fishing for brown trout off the pier, deer hunting with family, and playing pool. 

Julie is survived by her children, Misty Hannah, Dustin (Ashley) Hannah, and Brandi (Shane) Corbett; her grandchildren, Dakota Osborn, Drake Hannah, Dylan Osborn, Ayden Kortge, Gattlen Hannah, Kayden Corbett, Shayna Corbett, and Daxtin Hannah; siblings, Tina Maddox and Randy LeClair; stepsiblings, Nancy Smogoleski and Tim (Carrie) Smogoleski; many nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Goldie.

 Julie was preceded in death by her parents, LaVern (Wanda) LeClair and Emma (Ed) McGuire; her brothers, Bruce LeClair Chavalia and Wayne LeClair Chavalia; and her step brother, David (Deb) Smogoleski.

There will be a memorial/pig roast in the spring for all to attend.
