Aggravated stalking tops recent arraignments

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Self

-James Hudson Self, IV, 48, of 1130 Baxter St., Grand Rapids, was arrested June 22 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on a felony charge of aggravated stalking. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 7 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash. 

Davis

-Brian Jay Davis, 38, of 711 Canfield Rd., Manistee, was arrested Sept. 27 by MSP on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: Oct. 7 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Katherine Elizabeth Gonzalez, 49, no address listed; Sept. 29; Ludington Police Department (LPD); breaking and entering. Pretrial: Oct. 12 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Talyana Emily Parks-Read, 17, of 1914 W. Dewey Rd., Victory Township; Sept. 29; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); domestic violence. Pretrial: Oct. 12 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance. 

-Richard Massey Thomas, 34, homeless; Sept. 27; MCSO; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Oct. 19 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $250 cash.

-Mikayla Lynn Terry, 23, no address listed; Sept. 25; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: Oct. 12 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Jerimiah Jack Johnson, 20, of 133 S. Main St., Apt. 2B, Scottville; Sept. 30; LPD; driving while license suspended. Pretrial: Oct. 12 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
