HAMLIN TOWNSHIP — A 59-year-old Twin Lake, Michigan man was arrested by Mason County sheriff’s deputies for domestic violence at the Ludington State Park Tuesday, Sept. 15, shortly before 10 p.m., according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

The following is other police activity in Mason County Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2020:

  • 5:05 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), ​car/deer crash, no injury, Wilson Road east of Darr Road, Custer Township.
  • 7:10 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Quarterline Road south of Nurnberg Road, Grant Township.
  • 8:55 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Jebavy Drive north of Mavis Road, Hamlin Township.
  • 3:02 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 37-year-old Ludington man was arrested on a Manistee County failure to appear warrant, Lewis and Fitch streets, City of Ludington. ​He was also cited by the Ludington police officer for driving while license suspended (DWLS) and operating without insurance.
  • 6:47 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 east of Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.
  • 8:24 p.m,. (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Sugar Grove Road west of Stephens Road, Sherman Township.
  • 8:58 p.m., (MCSO), alarm activation, Amber Township.
