79th District Court news, posted June 26, 2020.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Rickert

-Stewart Albert Rickert, III, 32, of 1334 Drent Rd., Muskegon, was arrested May 29 by MCSO on felony charges of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, third-offense domestic violence and habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: July 1 at 2 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

Misdemeanors

-Andrew Lee Lebrun, 38, of 1006 N. Olmstead Rd., Ludington; June 20; Ludington Police Department (LDP); operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Aug. 10 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $250 cash.

-Mariah Mae Brault, 27, of 926 E. Tinkham Ave., Apt. 313, Ludington; June 21; LPD; OWI and transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle. Pretrial: Aug. 10 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $250 cash.

Sentencings

-Dominique Rene Thorns, 30, of 14346 Evergreen Rd., Detroit, pleaded guilty June 23 to driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; and $285 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to Secretary of State (SOS).
