Severe thunderstorms expected

A line of thunderstorms with gusty winds and small hail is moving into west central Michigan. At 5:11 p.m. radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Manistee southwest across Lake Michigan near Sheboygan, Wis. Movement was southeast at 30 mph. Wind gusts up to 50 mph and small hail are possible. The storms will move into and through west central lower Michigan through 8 p.m.
