LUDINGTON —James Thomas Espinoza, 27, of 1833 Palace Ave. SW, Grand Rapids, was arraigned in 79th District Court on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and reckless driving. Espinoza was arrested Tuesday, May 26, 2020 by Scottville Police Department following a high speed chase that began in Scottville and ended in Branch Township.

Scottville Police Officer Katrina Skinner was patrolling the 200 block of East State Street Tuesday around 9 p.m. when a black passenger car traveling eastbound went past the patrol unit, Chief Matt Murphy said.
