COVID-19 update: 23 cases in Mason County.

District Health Department #10 has confirmed there are 23 positive COVID-19 cases in Mason County as of Thursday afternoon, May 14. No COVID-19 deaths have been reported in Mason County.

There are 43 positive COVID-19 cases in Oceana County and two deaths, according to DHD#10. In Lake County, there are two positive COVID-19 cases, and Manistee County has a total of 11 positive cases, according to DHD#10 data.

Of the 236 positive COVID-19 cases in DHD#10’s 10-county jurisdiction, 55 people have recovered. The health department will publish recoveries by county soon, according to DHD#10 Public Information Officer Jeannine Taylor.

There are 49,582 confirmed cases in Michigan and 4,787 confirmed deaths statewide.
