Recent arraignments include stalking, assaulting police.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Kaiser

– Kevin James Kaiser, 26, of 209 S. Rowe St., Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested by Ludington Police Department on May 1, 2020 and charged with aggravated stalking, and two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer. A probable cause hearing is scheduled for May 13, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. Bail was set at $10,000, cash/surety.

Dezeeuw

– Jeremy Alan Dezeeuw, 46, of 1421 Post Ave., Holland, was arrested May 1, 2020 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office and charged with larceny from a motor vehicle and breaking and entering a vehicle to steal property. A probable cause hearing is scheduled for May 13, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. Bail set at $7,500, 10% deposit.

Robledo

– Raul Robledo, 28, of 5015 N. Woodbridge Rd., White Cloud, was arrested on May 5, 2020 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office and charged with controlled substance possession, analogues. A probable cause hearing is scheduled for May 20, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. Bail was set at $2,500, 10% deposit.

Misdemeanor

– Kevin Michael Smith, 56, of 5486 King Dr., Pere Marquette Township, was arrested on April 30, 2020 by Ludington Police Department and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). A pretrial hearing is scheduled for June 15, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. Bail, $2,500/10%.
