AMBER TOWNSHIP — A $100 counterfeit bill was used at the Taco Bell restaurant on West US 10 Tuesday, April 7, shortly before 5 p.m., according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

The case is under investigation.

Monday, April 6, 2020:

– 10:16 p.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), a 47-year-old Scottville man was arrested for domestic violence following a 911 call reporting an assault, 100 block of South Main Street, City of Scottville.

Tuesday, April 7, 2020:

– 9 a.m., (Michigan State Police), car/deer crash, US 31 near Oceana Drive, Summit Township.

– 9:21 a.m., (MCSO), larceny of cosmetic items from a residence, 1500 block of West Fisher Road, Victory Township.

– 2:15 p.m., (MSP), assault, 3000 block of North Stiles Road, victory Township.

– 9:47 p.m., alarm activation, Hamlin Township.
