The following is recent police activity in Mason County:

Wednesday, March 25, 2020:

– 5:56 p.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), alarm activation, Riverton Township.

Thursday, March 26, 2020:

– 5:25 p.m., (MCSO), illegal dumping, 10000 block of North LaSalle Road, Grant Township. The case remains under investigation after MCSO deputies were called to an illegal pile of garbage that had been reportedly been dumped on the caller’s property.

– 9:22 p.m., (MCSO), disturbance, 3600 block of North Jebavy Drive, Hamlin Township. MCSO deputies responded to a reported fight between two males, and upon arrival no one wished to press charges.

– 10:30 p.m., (Michigan State Police), domestic assault, 4000 block of Ordway Road, Custer Township. The case is under investigation.
