SCOTTVILLE — Today on MCP’s The Scoop, things get wild as Kate Krieger-Watkins interviews Kaley Petersen, Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital’s director of foundation, community services and volunteers, along with Scott Smith, chairman of the Spectrum Health Foundation Ludington Hospital about the upcoming Foraged Feast wild game dinner. The event takes place Saturday, Feb. 1 from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. at the Scottville Optimist Center.

Proceeds from this year’s event will go towards the Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital Culinary Medicine Program beginning summer of 2020.  Culinary medicine is an evidence-based field of medicine aimed at improving a patient’s health by blending nutrition and cooking knowledge with the science of medicine.

Tickets start at $50 each and can be purchased here.
