AMBER TOWNSHIP — A 31-year-old Ludington man was arrested for disorderly person and bond violation by Mason County sheriff’s deputies following a 911 call from an employee of the Meijer Gas Station on West US 10 Wednesday, Jan. 1, shortly before 4:30 a.m. according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

An employee reported a person had made multiple attempts to gain entry into the gas station, Cole said. “He was located and found to be intoxicated, out on bond with a ‘no alcohol’ stipulation.”

– 12:59 a.m., (MCSO), a 52-year-old Grand Haven man was cited for indecent exposure/urinating in public after he was allegedly caught urinating in the street, Rowe and Loomis streets, City of Ludington.

– 2:05 a.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle hit-and-run crash, no injury, Kistler and Brye roads, Riverton Township. Deputies responded to a one-vehicle crash into a tree with no one around the vehicle. The case is open.
