LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Kirkbridge

-Joel Aaron Kirkbridge, 33, of 3160 S. Morton Rd., Riverton Township, was arrested Dec. 8 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: Dec. 11 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash.

-Mart Thomas Sturr, 61, of 1525 E. Hammett Rd., Hart, was arrested Dec. 7 by LPD on a felony charge of third offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor (OUIL). Probable cause hearing: Dec. 11 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

-Stephanie Lynn Sadler, 30, of 1559 N. Benson Rd., Branch Township; Dec. 8; MCSO; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Dec. 23 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Jesus Delgado-Quintana, 23, of 157 S. Wildwood Run., Apt. 8, Amber Township; Nov. 23; MCSO; OWI. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Roberto Teran, 40, of 105 E. Fifth St., Ludington; Dec. 5; LPD; OWI and operating a vehicle with a high blood alcohol content. Pretrial: Dec. 23 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Shawn Michael Babcock, 41, of 6609 Summer Meadows, Rockford; Oct. 27; MCSO; OWI. Pretrial: Dec. 16 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Jeremiah Philip Meyers, 38, of 9584 N. Tuttle Rd., Free Soil Township; Dec. 4; LPD; OWI. Pretrial: Dec. 16 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500 cash.
