LUDINGTON – Two 18-year-old men – one from Ludington and one from Scottville – were arrested by Ludington police Saturday, Nov. 2, at 2:42 a.m. for prowling in the area of First Street and South Washington Avenue, according to the Ludington Police Department.

The Ludington teen was also charged with second-offense minor in possession of alcohol (MIP).
