79th District Court arraignments, Oct. 10, 2019

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Kuehler

-Richard William Kuehler, 55, homeless, was arrested Oct. 8 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on a felony charge of false report or threat of terrorism. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 16 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

Vangelderen

-Wade James Vangelderen, 39, of 212 E. Ludington Ave. #334, Ludington, was arrested Oct. 7 by the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) on felony charges of assault/resisting/obstructing police and habitual offender supplemental warrant. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 16 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

Rushlow

-Daniel Edward Rushlow, 43, of 148 N. Gordon Rd., Amber Township, was arrested Sept. 30 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony charges of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, domestic violence and habitual offender supplemental warrant. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 9 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

Vega

-Jacob Kyle Vega, 40, of 4744 E. Deer Cove Rd., Eden Township, was arrested Oct. 3 by MCSO on a felony charge of third offense domestic violence. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 9 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Odekirk

-Jacob Riley Odekirk, 26, of 2800 N. Peterson Rd., Victory Township, was arrested July 12 by MCSO on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: Oct. 9 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Misdemeanors

-Jarrell Christopher Justin Bryant, 33, of 115 S. State St., Apt. 201, Scottville; Sept. 29; MCSO; indecent exposure and false pretenses less than $200. Pretrial: Oct. 28 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Amanda Ruth Johnson, 36, of 6571 Sherman Rd., Sheridan Township; Oct. 2; Scottville Police Department (SPD); disorderly person disturbing the peace. Pretrial: Oct. 28 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.

-Xandra Anne Bryant, 28, of 115 S. State St., Apt. 201, Scottville; Sept. 29; Ludington Police Department (LPD); operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Nov. 4 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-John Wayne Mulligan, II, 28, of 2129 W. Dewey Rd., Victory Township; Oct. 1; DNR; hunting/possessing game while ineligible for license. Pretrial: Oct. 14 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

-Joseph Michael Endline, 27, of 8628 E. Decker Rd., Sheridan Township; Oct. 7; MCSO; third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Oct. 28 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Jamal Michael Davis, 25, of 62 Maya Dr. SW, Grand Rapids; Oct. 7; MCSO; second degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Oct. 21 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
