Police responding to loud party find person ‘standing outside wearing only underwear.’

SCOTTVILLE – Two male juveniles were arrested for minor in possession of alcohol and assault, and a 22-year-old Scottville woman was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor Saturday, Oct. 5, at 6:25 a.m. in the 400 block of Thomas Street.

“Mason County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a reported loud party with a reported subject standing outside wearing only underwear,” said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

The juveniles, who are ages 15 and 16, were turned over to juvenile court authorities, Cole said. It was one of the juveniles who was reportedly standing outside in his underwear.

– 11:35 p.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), a 40-year-old Custer man was arrested for domestic violence, 4700 block of East Deer Road, Logan Township.

– 7:20 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Pere Marquette Highway north of Hesslund Road, Pere Marquette Township.

– 2:57 p.m., (MCSO), retail fraud, Walmart, 4800 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township. A warrant is being requested for a 33-year-old Scottville woman.

– 3:13 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injury, Hanson and Dennis roads, Amber Township.

– 3:30 p.m., (Michigan State Police), domestic assault, 2000 block of 21st Street, Village of Fountain.

– 5:30 p.m., (MCSO), gas drive-off, $53.88 in fuel stolen, Airport EZ Mart, 5400 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township.

– 6 p.m., (MCSO), sex offender registry violation, a report is being sent to the Mason County Prosecutor’s Office for a warrant, 100 block of West State Street, City of Scottville. A warrant is being requested for a 33-year-old Scottville man for failure to verify address.

– 8:03 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 28-year-old Ludington man was cited for loud music, North Staffon Street, City of Ludington.

– 8:44 p.m., (MCSO), probation violation, 5700 block of West Johnson Road, Pere Marquette Township. A 26-year-old Ludington man was arrested following a 911 call reporting a disturbance. He was found to have been consuming alcohol, which is a violation of his probation.

– 8:45 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, US and Gibson Road, Branch Township.

– 8:50 p.m., (LPD), a 35-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for driving while license suspended (DWLS), East Ludington Avenue, City of Ludington.

– 10:35 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injury, Lincoln and Jagger roads, Hamlin Township. A 39-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for operating while intoxicated (OWI) as a result of the investigation.

Saturday, Oct. 5, 2019:

– 8:36 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, Sugar Grove and Stephens roads, Sherman Township.

– 11:01 p.m., (MSP), disorderly conduct, 3000 block of Jebavy Drive, Hamlin Township.

Sunday, Oct. 6, 2019:

– 10:31 a.m., (MCSO), larceny of a trail cam, Morse Road, Sheridan Township. The victim reported a trail camera was stolen from his property.
