Fountain man arrested for CSC.

SHERMAN TOWNSHIP – A 37-year-old Fountain man was arrested by Mason County sheriff’s deputies on an outstanding felony warrant issued by the Ludington Police Department for third-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) in the 4000 block of North Stephens Road Tuesday, Sept, 10, shortly after 3 p.m., according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

The suspect has not yet been arraigned in 79th District Court.

Monday, Sept. 9, 2019:

– 10:56 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 and Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.

Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2019:

– n9:55 a.m., (MCSO) fraud, 5700 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township. The victim reported he purchased a piece of furniture for $300, but has not received the property

– 2:03 p.m., (MCSO), a report will be sent to the Mason County Prosecutor’s Office seeking a charge of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) for a 52-year-old Ludington woman following a traffic stop, US 10 and Pere Marquette Hwy, Pere Marquette Township.

– 2:34 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 28-year-old Ludington man was arrested for parole violation, North Atkinson Drive, City of Ludington.

– 9:30 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Chauvez Road west of Darr Road, Eden Township.
