Recent arraignments include inmate possessing contraband

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Lankton

-Keila Ray Lankton, 28, of 6191 E. Sugar Grove Rd. , Sheridan Township, was arrested August 29 by the State, Sheriff, and City Enforcement of Narcotic Team (SSCENT) on felony charges of delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance less than 50 grams (narcotic or cocaine), delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and prisoner possessing contraband. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 11 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

Lopez

-Alfonso Gabrial Cuitlah Lopez, 20, of 605 S. Washington Ave., Ludington, was arrested Sept. 2 by Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 11 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Cook

-Corrie Lynn Cook, 41, no address listed, was arrested Aug. 18 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of second degree home invasion. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 11 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Dean

-Wynikqua Chanese Dean, 23, homeless, was arrested Aug. 29 by SSCENT on a felony charge of larceny in a building. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 11 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Kevin James Kaiser, 25, of 402 E. Fourth St., Apt. 2, Ludington; May 12; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: Sept. 23 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
