PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP – A 34-year-old Ludington man was arrested for probation violation by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office Sunday, Aug. 31, shortly before 7 p.m. at the intersection of Bryant Road and Washington Avenue “following a report of a male subject causing a disturbance in a business who seemed intoxicated,” said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

“He then left but reportedly fell off his bicycle several times,” Cole said. “He was located in the area and found to be intoxicated, which was a violation of his probation.”

• 2:24 a.m., (MCSO), a 38 year-old Branch, Michigan woman was arrested for probation violation following a 911 call reporting a disturbance, 3400 block of South Masten Road, Logan Township. Investigation by deputies determined she had been drinking which was a violation of her probation.
• 3:50 a.m., (MCSO), a 23 year-old Scottville man was arrested for domestic violence following a 911 call reporting a fight, 3900 block of North Stiles Road, Victory Township.
• 4:08 a.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 40-year-old homeless man was arrested on a warrant, 500 block of East Melendy Street, City of Ludington.
• 5:36 a.m., (MCSO), a 23-year-old Holland, Michigan man was arrested on an outstanding criminal bench warrant for probation violation, Beaune and Angling roads, Hamlin Township.

• 4:35 a.m., (LPD), a 25-year-old Ludington man was arrested on four outstanding warrants, 400 block of North Washington Avenue, City of Ludington.
• 7:41 a.m., (MCSO), a 33-year-old Custer man was cited for DWLS following a two-vehicle crash, no injury, Eden Lake Rd east of Ordway Road, Eden Township.
• 7:47 a.m., (LPD), a 20-year-old Ludington man was arrested for an outstanding warrant, 600 block of South Washington Avenue, City of Ludington.
• 12:13 p.m., (MCSO), a 30-year-old Fountain man was arrested for bond violation following a 911 call reporting an unwanted person, 1500 block of North Benson Road, Sheridan Township. Deputies located the suspect still on the premises and intoxicated, which is a violation of his bond.
• 2 p.m,. (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, causing a minor injury, Hansen Road east of Stiles Road, Amber Township.
• 4:23 p.m., (LPD), a 41-year-old Ludington man was arrested on outstanding warrants, 400 block of East Foster Street, City of Ludington.
• 6:33 p.m., (MCSO), alarm activation, Pere Marquette Township.
• 7:23 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 31 and Fountain Road, Victory Township. Following the collision, a 2015 Dodge Durango left the road and struck a building on the southwest corner of the intersection damaging the building.
