LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

-Richard William Kuehler, 55, homeless, pleaded guilty June 25 to disorderly person disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 58 days in jail with credit for 58 days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; no drugs/alcohol; subject to random PBTs; must continue current counseling; and $285 in fines/costs. May perform 29 hours of community service in lieu of fines/costs. A charge of false report or threat of terrorism was dismissed.

-Reenya Bilal Clinton Burrell, 27, of 410 S. Washington Ave., Apt. 1, Ludington, pleaded guilty June 25 to domestic violence second offense and was sentenced to 60 days in jail with credit for 39 days served; one year discretionary jail for one year; no contact with the victim; and $795 in fines/costs. A charge of habitual offender third offense was dismissed.

-Todd Allen Smith, 47, of 2132 56th Ave., Mears, pleaded no contest June 25 to malicious use of telecommunications services and was sentenced to 91 days in jail with credit for 91 days served; 180 days discretionary jail for one year; no contact with the victims; and $895 in fines/costs. A charge of driving while license suspended was dismissed.

-Jeremy Ray Parker, 39, of 2580 E. Millerton Rd., Sherman Township, pleaded guilty June 25 to disorderly person drunk and was sentenced to 34 days in jail with credit for 34 days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; no contact with the victim; no drugs/alcohol/marijuana/controlled substances; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; and $585 in fines/costs.

-Brandon Curtis Donahue, 39, of 4115 N. Tuttle Rd., Sherman Township, pleaded guilty June 25 to disorderly person jostling and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; must have a domestic violence evaluation; and $485 in fines/costs. A charge of driving while license suspended was dismissed.

-Timothy Eric Smogoleski, 37, of 1790 W. US 10, Amber Township, pleaded guilty June 25 to operating a vehicle while impaired by liquor (OUIL) and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 93 days discretionary jail for two years; must attend victim’s impact panel; must obtain Soberlink for 120 days; no drugs/alcohol/marijuana; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; must obtain substance abuse counseling; and $1,275 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to Secretary of State (SOS).

-Lavelle Jacquin Jennings, 29, of 6480 Linden St., Hamlin Township, pleaded guilty June 25 to driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to 27 days in jail with credit for 27 days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; and $435 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.

-Timothy Charles Zeller, 36, of 826 Dennis Rd., Amber Township, pleaded guilty June to DWLS and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $285 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.
