Teen seriously injured in rollover crash.

CUSTER TOWNSHIP – A 16-year-old Ludington boy was seriously injured Friday, June 21, shortly before 12:30 p.m. when he lost control of the 2004 Chevy Malibu he was driving, which rolled over several times, ejecting him, according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

The teen was northbound on Custer Road south of Conrad Road. “Neither speed nor alcohol are believed to have been factors in the crash,” Cole said. “He was transported to Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital for serious – but non-life-threatening – injuries.”
