MSP seeks public’s help finding hit-and-run driver.

PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP – Michigan State Police troopers from the Hart post are investigating a hit-and-run traffic crash that occurred Wednesday, June 19, at 5:12 p.m. at the intersection of Jebavy Drive and US 10.

The suspect vehicle rear-ended another vehicle and fled the scene.

The suspect vehicle is an older model Pontiac, possibly a G6 or Grand Am, that is dark gray or dark forest green in color. It was seen leaving the scene traveling westbound on US 10. It should have front bumper damage from the crash.

“We are looking for the public’s help to identify the suspect vehicle and driver involved,” states an MSP press release. “If you have any information to provide, please contact Trooper Case of the Hart post at 231-873-2171 and reference the complaint number 62-3092-19.

“If you are the individual that caused this crash, you are encouraged to contact us.”
