Lopez

-Timothy Allen Lopez, 25, of 603 S. Washington Ave., Ludington, was arrested June 15 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on three felony counts of delivery/manufacturing controlled substances. Probable cause hearing: June 19 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $100,000 cash/surety. See related story here.

Smith

-Jarod Tylor Smith, 18, of 4309 N. Jebavy Dr., Hamlin Township, was arrested June 12 by MCSO on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and controlled substance – double penalty. Probable cause hearing: June 19 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

Vinton

-Heather Marie Vinton, 43, of 6952 Gibson Rd., Walhalla, was arrested June 14 by the State, Sheriff, and City Enforcement of Narcotic Team (SSCENT) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (narcotics). Probable cause hearing: June 19 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

-Casey Lee Lloyd, 28, of 7389 E. Hansen Rd., Branch Township; June 11; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: July 8 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
