LUDINGTON — The following cases were recently dismissed in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

-Donald Bruce Masse, 61, of 6489 W. Groth Rd., Hamlin Township, had a charge of domestic violence dismissed without prejudice by the prosecutor on June 10 because the victim is unavailable for trial.

-Stefanie Louise Flood, 31, of 2606 N. Lakeshore Dr., Hamlin Township, had a charge of failure to stop after a collision dismissed without prejudice on June 10 after pleading guilty to a civil infraction.

-Larry Gene Knight, 56, of 860 Cherry St., Baldwin, had a charge of operating a vehicle without security (no insurance) dismissed without prejudice on June 10 after supplying a valid proof of insurance.

-David Glenn Welch, 30, of 708 Fifth St., Ludington, had a charge of operating a vehicle without security (no insurance) dismissed without prejudice on June 10 per a plea agreement with the prosecution.
