Muskegon Heights teen sent to jail for attempted home invasion.

LUDINGTON – An 18-year-old Muskegon Heights man was sentenced in 51st Circuit Court Tuesday, June 11, to serve 10 months up front of a one-year discretionary jail term for a conviction of attempted home invasion.

Frank Wilson, III, of 3217 Glendale St., pleaded guilty to the charge. Charges of first-degree home invasion and a misdemeanor of domestic violence were dismissed in a plea agreement.

Wilson received credit for 91 days served in jail. He was also ordered to 18 months probation.
