LUDINGTON — A late morning fire damaged an apartment house at 302 S. Washington Ave. Tuesday, June 11. Emergency personnel were called to the scene about 11:20 a.m. Officers from Ludington Police Department were the first to arrive and reported flames coming out of the back apartment. Sgt.
