LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Burrell

-Reenya Bilal-Clinton Burrell, 27, of 410 S. Washington Ave., Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested May 18 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of third-offense domestic violence. Probable cause hearing: May 29 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Jeffrey Michael Schwartz, 32, of 1645 Stonybrook Dr., Jenison; May 17; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: June 17 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,00/10 percent.

-Dalton Joseph Verboam, 27, of 607 E. Danaher St., Ludington; May 14; MCSO; OWI. Pretrial: June 10 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $15,000/10 percent.

-Stefanie Louise Flood, 31, of 2606 N. Lakeshore Dr., Hamlin Township; May 14; LPD; failure to stop after an accident. Pretrial: June 3 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.
