Felonious assault tops recent arraignments, May 9, 2019.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Scheuer

-Mark Edmund Scheuer, 48, of 11853 Anderson Rd., Manistee, was arrested May 6 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault). Probably cause hearing: May 15 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $50,000/10 percent.

Bonneau

-Jeremy Jason Bonneau, 45, of 610 N. James St., Ludington, was arrested May 3 by the State, Sheriff, and City Enforcement of Narcotic Team (SSCENT) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (meth/ecstasy). Preliminary hearing: May 22 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Shane Thomas Wardlow, 37, of 717 N. Washington Ave., Ludington; May 6; Ludington Police Department (LPD); stalking. Pretrial: May 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Michelle Lee DeMarco, 49, of 505 E. Loomis St., Ludington; May 4; LPD; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: June 3 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Megan Verona Krupinski, 37, of 407 N. Thomas St., Scottville; May 7; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: June 3 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.

-Neal Barton Guss, 26, of 604 E. Filer St., Ludington; May 6; MCSO; DWLS. Pretrial: June 3 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Brandon Charles Hathaway, 35, of 407 N. Thomas St., Scottville; May 6; Scottville Police Department (SPD); domestic violence. Pretrial: June 3 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: personal recognizance.

-Laura Grace Erley, 19, of 912 N. Emily St., Apt. A3, Ludington; May 5; MSP; OWI, attempted assault/resist/obstructing a police officer, having an open intoxicant in a vehicle and invalid driver’s license. Pretrial: June 3 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Tracy Lee Randolph, 49, of 201 Scott St., Scottville; May 5; MCSO; disorderly conduct/disturbing the peace. Pretrial: May 13 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Andrew David Archey, II, 27, of 709 E. Filer St., Apt. 1, Ludington; May 1; MCSO; DWLS. Pretrial: May 13 at 11 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Larry Gene Knight, 56, of 860 Cherry St., Baldwin; Mar. 31; MSP; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance). Pretrial: June 3 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.
