Man faces jail for felony domestic assault.

LUDINGTON – A 42-year-old Ludington man faces serving 90 days up front of one-year discretionary jail term after pleading guilty to third-offense domestic violence Tuesday, May 7, in 51st Circuit Court.

Eric James Friedley, of 5731 Limouze St., was arrested last March by the Ludington Police Department on the felony charge.

Sentencing is set for June 25 at 3:15 p.m.
