LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

-Jeffrey Clay Young, 49, homeless, was arrested Apr. 7 by LPD on three counts of uttering & publishing (accusation of forging, altering, or counterfeiting legal records or deeds); and fourth offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: May 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500 cash/surety.

-Obed Isaiah Gaytan, 30, of 103 N. Reinberg, Apt. 3, Scottville, was arrested Mar. 20 by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) on felony charges of uttering & publishing a state warrant and false pretenses less than $200. Preliminary hearing: May 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Sally Ann Mishler, 41, of 104 N. Gay St., Scottville; Mar. 30; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); disorderly person drunk. Pretrial: Apr. 22 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Raymond James Hugo, 34, of 924 E. Tinkham Ave., Apt. 2, Ludington; Apr. 13; LPD; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI), failure to stop at scene of an accident, and failure to stop after a collision. Pretrial: May 13 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

-Todd Allen Smith, 46, of 2132 56^th Ave., Mears; Mar. 15; Michigan State Police (MSP); malicious use of a telecommunications device. Pretrial: Apr. 17 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance. 

-Richard Kevin Kraft, II, 17, of 4380 W. Meisenheimer Rd., Summit Township; Apr. 13; MCSO; OWI. Pretrial: May 20 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Phillip Andrew Lloyd, 53, of 7389 Hansen Rd., Branch Township; Apr. 16; MCSO; OWI and open intoxicant inside a vehicle. Pretrial: May 20 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Jeremiah Edmund Dyga, 38, of 2362 Dango, Muskegon; Apr. 9; MCSO; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance) and driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: May 6 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

-Harold Wayne Nelson, 67, of 501 First St., Ludington; Apr. 4; MCSO; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance) and improper plates. Pretrial: Apr. 22 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.

-David Glenn Welch, 30, of 708 Fifth St., Unit 1, Ludington; Apr. 11; MSP; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance). Pretrial: May 6 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.
