LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

-Jamie Lee Fiebig, 36, of 1744 Patrick Henry Rd., Amber Township, pleaded guilty Apr. 2 to operating a vehicle while impaired by liquor (OWIL) and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend victim’s impact panel; no drugs/alcohol; must not have any contact with Jeremy Parker; must seek and maintain employment; must continue current counseling program; and $870 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to Secretary of State (SOS).

-Travis Alan Vorase, 25, of 1567 W. Meisenheimer Rd., Riverton Township, pleaded guilty Apr. 9 to OWIL and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend victim’s impact panel; no drugs/alcohol; subject to random PBTs; and $970 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.

-Brennan Todd Morley, 18, of 1136 Brandy Ln., Pere Marquette Township, pleaded guilty Apr. 9 to OWIL and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend victim’s impact panel; no drugs/alcohol; subject to random PBTs; and $870 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.

-Scott Earl Okekirk, 49, of 2552 N. Peterson Rd., Victory Township, pleaded guilty Apr. 3 to domestic violence and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; no drugs/alcohol; must continue current counseling program; and $595 in fines/costs. May perform 37 hours of community service within 90 days in lieu of paying fines/costs.

-Thayne David Patterson, 22, of 1039 N. William St., Ludington, pleaded guilty Apr. 9 to false pretenses less than $200 and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; no drugs/alcohol; subject to random PBTs; and $845 in fines/costs.

-Kimberly Renee Hornacek, 62, of PO Box 313, Walhalla, pleaded guilty Apr. 9 to attempted third degree retail fraud and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 45 days discretionary jail for one year; must not possess controlled substances without a prescription; and $285 in fines/costs. May perform 29 hours of community service in lieu of paying fines/costs.

-Hope Lashell Square, 47, of 307 Hancock St., Manistee, pleaded no contest Apr. 3 to reckless driving and was sentenced to pay $375 in fines/costs. May perform 36 hours of community service within six months in lieu of paying fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.
