LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court.

Felonies

Pierce

-Tiera Leigh Pierce, 38, of 1039 N. William St., Ludington, was arrested Sept. 13, 2018 by the State, Sheriff, and City Enforcement of Narcotic Team (SSCENT) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine/ecstasy. Preliminary hearing: Mar. 27 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $50,000 cash/surety.

Walden

-Christian Robert Walden, 25, of 208 E. Foster St., Ludington, was arrested Mar. 8 by MCSO on felony charges of second degree home invasion, interfering with an electronic communication device, aggravated domestic violence and two counts of resisting/obstructing a police officer. Preliminary hearing: Mar. 20 at 2 p.m. Bail: $50,000 cash/surety.

Mercer

-David Robert Mercer, 23, of 5125 E. Outlook Dr., Logan Township, was arrested Mar. 8 by MCSO on felony charges of assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault), second offense domestic violence and felony firearms. Preliminary hearing: Mar. 20 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $35,000/10 percent.

VanLoon

-Tim David VanLoon, 61, no address listed, was arrested Mar. 4 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of possession of child sexually abusive material, using a computer to commit a crime and third offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: Mar. 20 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

Smith

-Todd Allen Smith, 46, of 2132 N. 56th Ave., Mears, was arrested Dec. 8, 2018 on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine/ecstasy, resisting/obstructing a police officer and third offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: Mar. 27 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500 personal recognizance.

Bonneau

-Jeremy Jason Bonneau, 34, of 610 N. James St., Ludington, was arrested Nov. 30 by LPD on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance (narcotics) and fourth offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: Mar. 27 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Garcia-Manley

-Leronda Marie Garcia-Manley, 38, of 6852 Ester Ave., Baldwin, was arrested Mar. 11 by MCSO on a felony charge of first degree retail fraud. Preliminary hearing: Mar. 27 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Alfonso Gabriel Lopez, 19, of 308 E. Court St., Apt. 1, Ludington; Mar. 11; LPD; third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Apr. 1 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Jacob Riley Okekirk, 25, of 2800 N. Peterson Rd., Victory Township; Mar. 4; LPD; second offense operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Apr. 1 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Thomas Christopher Wilbur, 31, of 11363 N. Darr Rd., Manistee; Mar. 11; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating with a high blood alcohol content and OWI. Pretrial: Apr. 29 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

-Dalton Joseph Verboam, 27, of 607 E. Danaher St., Ludington; Mar. 11; LPD; OWI. Pretrial: Apr. 15 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Thayne David Patterson, 32, of 1039 N. William St., Ludington; Mar. 11; SSCENT; false pretense $200/more. Pretrial: Mar. 25 at 11 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

-Stephanie Michelle Moses, 22, of 411 E. Dowland St., Ludington; Mar. 11; LPD; domestic violence and malicious destruction of property. Pretrial: Apr. 1 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-James Fred Kirschke, 56, of 2204 Berrywood Ln., Bloomington, Illinois; Mar. 5; MCSO; driving while license suspended and operating without security (no vehicle insurance). Pretrial: Mar. 11 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.

-Steven Robert Gray, 59, of 506 E. Danaher St., Apt. 2, Ludington; Mar. 4; LPD; disorderly person/disturbing the peace.  Pretrial: Mar. 25 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.

-Daren Luther Smith, 54, of 1713 W. Kinney Rd., Riverton Township; Mar. 8; MCSO; driving while license suspended. Pretrial: Mar. 25 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
