SCOTTVILLE — On Wednesday evening, March 13, Mason County Central Upper Elementary Principal Kevin Kimes read his newly published book, “The Moment Time Stood Still” to his students and their parents, guardians, and grandparents, during a special March is Reading Month heroes-themed open house. After he was done reading, each of his 300-plus students, grades three through five, received a copy of the book.
