Scottville woman faces jail for stealing Xbox system.

LUDINGTON – A 21-year-old Scottville woman faces serving five months in jail after pleading guilty in 51st Circuit Court Tuesday, Jan. 22, to larceny in building.

Arneva Lily Tyler, of 108 S. Reinberg Ave., testified Tuesday that she stole an Xbox system last August in the City of Ludington.

“I was staying there because I was homeless,” Tyler told Judge Susan K. Sniegowski.

Tyler also faces a misdemeanor of larceny less than $200 in 79th District Court.

Sentencing for her circuit court case is set for March 12 at 1:15 p.m.
