Custer woman faces multiple drug charges, drugged driving.

CUSTER – A 59-year-old Custer woman could face up to four years in prison after she was arrested on felony charges of possession of cocaine, oxycodone, methadone and hydromorphone and a misdemeanor charge of operating while under the influence of drugs following a traffic stop by Mason County sheriff’s deputies Saturday, Dec. 15, at 2:04 p.m. ​on Monroe Street, said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

Marilyn Schulz was arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court. She is scheduled to appear for a preliminary exam Jan. 2 at 11:15 a.m. Her bail was set at $10,000/10 percent. The felony drug charge has a maximum penalty of up to four years in prison and/or a $25,000 fine.
