LUDINGTON – The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:

Felonies

Sohn

– Neta Margett Sohn, 33, of 4513 N. Benson Rd., Sheridan Township, was arrested by LPD for a felony of uttering and publishing. She is being accused of using counterfeit money at a local gas station, according to Ludington Police Chief Mark Barnett. Preliminary exam: Dec. 26 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

Misdemeanors

– Tony Jerome Lopez, 44, of 5190 S. Scottville Rd., Eden Township; Michigan State Police (MSP); aggravated domestic assault. Pretrial: Dec. 17 at 10 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– John Paul Hasbany, 37, of 1828 Barbara Lane, Harrison; MSP; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Jan. 7 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Michelle Leighann Raney, 34, of 143 N. Jebavy Dr., Pere Marquette Township; LPD; truancy. Pretrial: Dec. 17 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
